How To Be A Good Casino Dealer
- If you currently live in the Las Vegas area, in person interviews and dealing auditions will be conducted February 13 – 15 at Tropicana® Las Vegas from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Please click the link below to fill out online application. Upon review of your application and work experience, you may be contacted to schedule an interview/audition time on either Saturday, February 13, Sunday, February 14, 2021, or Monday, February 15 at Tropicana Las Vegas.
- 10 days of temporary housing to be provided by the Company

- $2,500 to be paid after 90 days of employment
Dealer Toke Box
- All positions are Full Time
- Base Pay: $5.64 for first 120 days, $6.20 thereafter
- Toke Rate not guaranteed. Based on historical toke rate. Dealers can expect the total of base + hourly pay to be between $22 and $27/hour.
- Cost of gaming license is $550 which is paid up front by the company and repaid by the employee via payroll deduction, at $50 per paycheck
- Employment contingent upon successful drug and background check and the ability to attain an Ohio Gaming License
- $2,500 to be paid on first paycheck
- $2,500 to be paid after 90 days of employment
To be eligible for the $5,000 relocation incentive, you must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience and must be able to deal at least two (2) core games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and Baccarat. Relocation incentive will be paid $2,500 on first paycheck and remaining $2,500 after 90 days of employment. Relocation incentive must be paid back if employee voluntarily leaves Penn National Gaming within six (6) months of start date.
